I disagree. I think it's very unlikely that Lesnar can survive long enough on the feet to close the distance and get a hold of him. However, if he can get Ngannou in the clinch or get his back on the fence, Lesnar will be able to take Ngannou down. I don't know if he's a better wrestler than Stipe but I do think he's stronger. Ngannou is not going to be able to defend Lesnar's attempts like he did against a 230 pound Stipe.Ngannou is strong enough to fend off TD attempts. In order to get him down he has to be gassed. Cain tried taking Ngannou down and got ragdolled and KTFO in the process. Mark Hunt was able to stop Lesnar's TD attempt in the second round of their fight. If Hunt can get back up to his feet and defend a shot from Lesnar, so can Ngannou.
No. If you don’t take into consideration that Stipe was thirty pounds lighter than Ngannou in the second fight, you have no idea what you are talking about. It doesn’t matter if it’s Francis Ngannou 2.0 or 3.0, Brock Lesnar who weights above 265 pounds likely will take him down if he can get past those devastating punches.
Brock was scared shitless to face 5 11 at most 40 years old 240 punds fat cormier not no mention he was finished by a fat Mexican let alone facing NgannouAgain based on what? One flush shot against gonzaga and one against Christian wellisch?Carwin is the hardest hitter we've seen yet. Ngannou is second, but not far behind.
Discard the fact that Lesnar's stand up is weak and that he is likely not going to be able to survive long enough on the feet to be able to get Ngannou up against the fence. Actually. I thought Stipe was the hardest hitting heavyweight for a while before Ngannou's emergence. I think JDS said Stipe is the hardest hitting guy he has ever faced.Stipe also ko s people stiff with short punches he probably hits harder that Carwin too
Carwin is the harder puncher of the two. If he had got into MMA younger and stayed healthy he could have had a heck of a career. He had crazy, God-given power. 2010 / 11 JDS and Lesnar both would have beaten Francis too and in a head to head I think Carwin would have knocked Ngannou spark out.

yep with those bullrushed telegraphed take downs attepts it would be like Lewis vs Blaydes but fasterDiscard the fact that Lesnar's stand up is weak and that he is likely not going to be able to survive long enough on the feet to be able to get Ngannou up against the fence. You don't think Brock can take Ngannou down if he gets a hold of him?
I don’t think there’s a universe where brock can beat Francis. Land one takedown? Maybe, but even that I doubt. Brock was far, far too limitedI disagree. Lmao trollNgannou is a poor man's Carwin fighting in a worse HW division
Ngannou and it isn't close,
I think they are on the same level, and it's not even close.Carwin by far, not even close.
That's a much much much mucho much much different JDS man.Carwin TKO'd people, Ngannou knocks them dead.
One need simply look at the level of competition that Ngannou has flatlined vs the random nobody's that Carwin could not even sleep.
Carwin hit Lesnar with everything he had and couldn't finish him, you think Ngannou if Ngannou hit Lesnar that many times he couldn't finish him?
Not to mention JDS turned Carwin's face into hamburger meat and retired him, meanwhile Ngannou finished JDS with an off balanced akward shot from behind.
Ngannou's power is leagues ahead of Carwin's, this shouldn't even be debatable.

Carwin was scarier in the power department.arguably the two hardest-hitting HW's in MMA history...
who would you say hits harder though?![]()
