it wouldn't be that easy but after last night i don't doubt jones would get it done. i hate to say it but it might be blaydes or no one at HW. there just aren't many good wrestlers, at all. not that that's any different than in the past. what's brock lesnar doing?

Baseless claim. Jon is the GOAT. Francis is not and still had plenty to prove in the division he was fighting in

Ngannou did actually need surgery, and ended up getting it. It's not baseless. He beat Gane with a torn ACL and MCL. That's just crazy how he even fought... let alone win.


Jones is simply picking Ngannou's leftovers. Not even the best HW in the world right now, and definitely not GOAT

This is a business. Ngannou fought out his contract. Dana White refused to agree to Ngannou's terms for a new contract

It was rather fair terms by Ngannou. Can't blame him that the UFC wants to keep their fighters under slave contracts.

To be the man, you gotta beat the man... not beat the runner-up
 
What is he laughing at? Not having anything lined up and seeing jones make bank and take the HW championship?
He is looking at a 16-20 million minus in potential earnings even if he lost to Jones
Fights jones loses, gets a rematch, makes bank again

It really is Crazy that Ngannou required ACL and MCL surgery, and still fought and won a UFC HW Championship fight


One guy fights injured and at a disadvantage, the other guy is proven to use banned substances to get an advantage in fights
 
The simple fact is Jones gained marginable muscle in the last 3 years and he could have announced his return at any time, but he chose not to while Ngannou held the belt, which was for the last 1 year & 9 months of Ngannou's contract.

Right when Ngannou's contract expired... *Poof* Jones is suddenly extremely interested in fighting at Heavyweight.

If you don't believe me, or Jones's extremely convenient timing, believe Dana -

Weird that just a a few fight ago he couldn’t wrestle, he struggled bad against Dominick reyes and that Brazilian cat with the hammer tattoo and that bald white guy. Jones is just good. Gane and Nganou both are inferior big dudes.
 
Jones knows he couldn't take Francis down. He got terrified after the Miocic rematch.

Then Francis of all people takes Gane down. Now Jones KNOWS he can win. But fuck me did he beg for cash when Francis was champ LOL
