You're not even smart enough to quote me, you just speak randomly into the void.

Fortunately, our dialogue may continue, 1) because you're an idiot, and 2) it's a subject of interest to me.
In the effort to be non-inflammatory, I think it comes down to a difference in terminology.
SPARRING (to me) means you're going out there trying to "practice real fighting" ...
With some of you call "sparring," I personally call DRILLS (practice, working on technique, whatever you want to call it).
Some people use the term "light sparring" — which is sparring without full intensity.
But where I came from, Sparring = Practice Fighting (meaning, fighting "not for money," but for an intensity level that matches what you should be doing professionally).
No one will ever agree on absolutely everything, but this is the whole reason for the term "light sparring" ... and that is because REAL sparring should be freaking intense, if you actually want to learn how to fight for real.
