News Ngannou speaks out against incompetent judges

Maybe be judged by an app you can download for $ 9.99.

Maybe the 10-8 and 10-9 is too broad in the rules and we need more specifics.

I think part of the problem is how much is going on at one moment in time. To catch all the details to make it fair some AI system would have to do it. Most of the time it will probably not need such a critique but when fights are so close it becomes complicated in MMA.

Not unless AI strike scoring was reliable, which it definitely isn't from any broadcast I've ever seen.
True. If the way the Weasel does his strike count tally with his light, medium, heavy strike landed method, if that can be implemented into AI with some thermal detection to check if the strike is thrown lighter or heavier detecting the amount of exertion that was thrown/landed. We are many years away from that ever happening.

It was easy in pride because they looked at damage and finishing attempts (i.e. knockdowns, rocking your opponent or close submission attempts).
They also look at this in the Unified Rules. So not sure there is any way around the recency bias issue short of scoring by rounds.
"Ninja" Rua reckons it wasn't that easy.

"Rampage" Jackson agrees with you, though.
People act like Pride never had bad decisions or bad fights haha.
