I refuse to believe NorCal has the best burrito in the country let alone the state. The times I’ve been up there the Mexican food absolutely sucked lmao.

Weird as it appears the further south ya go in Cali the better the Mexican food gets, dead serious.

Down around San Diego, far better than up around Ukiah.

I live in the High Desert and all the Mexican food here is better than anywhere else North. Once you get to Barstow or Bakersfield it's all over.

I lived in San Francisco, Vallejo and San Diego and Chula Vista, been all over Cali, the best Mexican food I have had was down south, actually Brawley the best but can't remember the restaurant.

Surprised that down in Mexico no big improvement.

But.....have never got any deeper than Tiajuana.
