As someone who’d enjoy seeing Reek being beaten with batons, those cops were entirely wrong and unhinged. Prototype of who should not be in law enforcement.

Real chance theyre looking for jobs soon, and at best they will get the dept sued for shit tons of money.
 
It's going to be pretty funny seeing Karadius on the Browns, I wonder if Watson can somehow make him even more apathetic about football. You know how Deshaun rubs off on people.

He should've just kept his window down, & not been such a diva about it.
Pulling him out of car & putting him down like that in that situation & current climate/context, is just stupid.
Already had him cuffed & kick in back of knee to curb him down, lol.
Dude wasn't an immediate threat at no time, to any one.

Dude could've avoided this by being more cooperative at the get go.
Still it's Tyreek, & a part of this is on him, instigating a bit.

But in that situation, those 4 Miami Dade cops outside the stadium fucked that up big time.
Looked like 4 dudes with inferiority complexes & rage-power trippin.

I have some experience with this.

Here’s where he had a leg to stand on: you can’t roll up a tinted window like that and especially if your giving attitude, cops might fear there’s a weapon, contraband being moved/hidden. It’s a risk and you don’t know if one of these guys has gotten burned or had a co worker who got hurt that way. Whether people here agree with me or not, hands in pockets, hiding yourself, getting out of eye sight….thats how cops get shot, and a lot of these guys have PTSD from something similar.

That being said, once they had him out of the vehicle the threat was neutralized. I’m sure they were coached to de-escalate. Something like “sorry I had to get you out of the vehicle, tinted windows are a risk and we have to put your and our safety first. Can I search you real quick and then let’s get you out of the cuffs and chat?” Would have been fine.

Rampaging around like an unhinged psycho screaming at Reeks teammates, contradicting the orders of other officers, and going the extra mile to be more physical than he had to be really was an awful look.

He had every right to be threatened. But he absolutely handled it like a grade A POS.
 
It's only funny because it was Reek, but those officers came looking for a problem. But sometimes that's what they do, it happens to everyone. It shouldn't be the job of the citizen to de-escalate, but sometimes it is, you just gotta "Yes sir, No sir" and go fight the ticket later some weekend when you're bored.

Only issues I had with them was once he was out of the vehicle. Reek was definitely being a dumb ass when first pulled over. But, that badge and gun have to be held to a different standard. Unacceptable behavior imo

I mean, I guess the thing to do since he was being un-cooperative in order to save themselves the trouble and face with arguing and tussling, is have the car towed away with him in it. I'm sure that would have changed his attitude.

Fucking lol, or just run his information after he gave it to them and write him a ticket and send him on his way.

All good though, those cops will likely be in the unemployment line soon because they couldn’t control their egos. Big fucking shocker.
