I don't claim to be as knowledgeable as you, clearly I'm missing something because I don't see what all the fuss is about. McVey good coach, Reid good coach, the Vikings coach I believe is also good, McDaniel I guess is okay if his team are playing fringe .500 teams, but not that great against teams with winning records.
