They really are the Washington No Names

Keeping colors makes sense though. They’ll have a full year to come up with new name and mascot and logo. We’ll see if they can do that right

He drives a mini van and flies coach for fucks sake lol. And maybe cuts his own hair with a bowl and scissors.
That's awesome. At the very least he's not like the Lakers trust fund owners.

Just go red wolves

make this the theme song

Just don't see Vegas being better than LA at all. Value of the team probably could have doubled from that alone. But being the poorest owner I guess you take what you can get.

Nah, Vegas was primed for a team. The Raiders have a huge LA fan base, there's no denying that. But he wasn't going to be able to build there, and last I read the PSL sales from the Rams and Chargers combined didn't equal the Vegas PSL's sold. They had allotted 5 months in hopes of selling out Club Level PSL's and sold out in 6 weeks...and the cheapest club level PSL was $20K per seat.

And as @PUO3 mentioned, the corporate sponsorships have gone through the roof, and keep stacking.

"The Raiders’ have scored so many new corporate partnerships that they are projected to go from 32nd in the 32-team National Football League in annual partnership commitment revenues to as high as top three. "

Vegas hockey team is doing far better than expected fan base wise, I can't imagine how well a football team will do there

Vegas way better than LA

I begrudgingly missed out on the VGK season ticket train. What a mistake.

However, unlike Allegiant Stadium where you own the PSL and can do what you like with the seats, the VGK can (and do) preclude season ticket holders from purchasing seats again if they sell or give away too many games. I have a good friend who is an international corporate atty, he spent $50K on year 1 season tickets on the glass. Due to his constant overseas travel, he was unable to go to most of the games. He sold some but gave most of them away. He received a letter after the season that the VGK were revoking his ability to purchase those seats again for the next season. I shit you not. I have a pic of the letter somewhere, and sure enough the season ticket contract mentions their right to do so. Wild stuff.

That’s nice if you have a short term view.

They’re literally just going to be the “Washington Football Team” lol

They should have went full homo and used Washington Football Club. They could have made their own little shield with Washington FC on it

Or if you like turning absurd profits overnight while having literally almost zero dollars come out of pocket lol.
