They should just shut him down for the year. I firmly believe its a combination of a lot of things (the play around him, the scheme changes, the injuries etc) but this is fucked.

Dude could be continuing to catch the Alex Smith treatment with staffing changes every year hes been in the league next year also.

Completely fucked. Kid was showing elite potential and they went and threw it in the shitter so far.
I actually agree. Worst thing you can do for a developing talent is throw this much change at him.

Does Del Rio have control of the coaching staff? If so, he's absolutely fucked Oakland.

Gronk should have been suspended for this game as well. Had they not had Pittsburgh on the slate for this week (or any other marquee matchup) he would have gotten more than a game. It's a joke he only got one game.
The NFL sucks at handing out punishments.

So many broken and misused young QBs.
It really makes you appreciate how teams that are continuously competitive year in and year out do it.

Yes. Entirely on him.

Hes friends with Norton and let this shit go on for nearly 2 entire seasons. Not sure if thats worse than the Musgrave move or not but my god.

Reggie either needs to fire JDR or take some power from him. I prefer the latter because changing coahes every year doesnt work and I dont even know theres anything better out there right now. I would give a kidney still to steal Harbaugh.

Musgrave is a high quality coordinator. He needed some time to develop adjustments but Oak pulled the plug too early on him.

Musgrave was the guy who pounded the table for Christian Ponder in the first, a guy they could have gotten in the second round, possibly third. Fuck Bill Musgrave.

I honestly like Carr 14 weeks out of the season.

Why do they keep going away from Morris when hes chunking them?

I thought Downing would be badass with Carr because he wanted to cut Carr loose at the LOS but yet here we are with none of that happening and they wasted half a season forcing a scheme that didnt fit the personnel.
Now the question is how long does Del Rio last.

Then he should be gone after this season. I see no reason he shouldn't be.

Maybe they can bring in Mike McCoy

Del Rio is going to be just Jeff Fisher in a leather jacket. Eating off one good season and then coasting to 7-9 while his team crumbles around him.

Love how Cook stopped the td celebration after the push

He's a good dude. Signing Bennett over him made sense at the time but damn I wish it was reversed
