Trevor Siemian had no idea what caused that beasts wrath...
Should have stayed in his weight division. Moving up 2 for the belt was not a good look for him.

Yeah, it was our own little Seahawks SB moment, Ben has brainfarts sometimes, I honestly think having Brown has made him a little optimistic about who can do what in some situations. I just really don't want to play NE in Gillete, this was a huge game. Reminded me of when Brock beat the Pats a couple years back, that game changed everything. The Pats have the Bills and Jets at home left, that's pretty much a wrap on the conference.
I think the only way the Steelers win is if Gronk gets hurt. He burned them three times in a row to set up the game-winning touchdown. Now, you could argue that the Pats could/would win even without Gronk, but I don't like their chances without him this year. Cooks is great, but I guess Brady isn't totally simpatico with him yet.

I'd rather have Edelman than Cooks, even if the conventional wisdom is that Cooks is more valuable because he's an outside the numbers guy. Brady has a history of winning with dynamic slot guys ever since Welker and Edelman is like his security blanket. They looked totally lost without Gronk against Miami of all teams. While they won without him last year, I think this year they're fucked without him.

He's a huge option to have for them. I was thinking the same thing earlier, and hating myself for rooting for him to go down. I think the Pats have to be the favorite in the AFC, they are just so consistent when their options are healthy. I do think Jacksonville can beat them, but not in -10 in Foxborough.

lol at how quiet it is in Seattle.

Completely bitch made and entitled. Also the ugliest fan base in the league. Even worse than Green Bay and Jacksonville.

This is just rubbing salt in the wound and then pouring Robitussin on top of it.

Cleveland still has the ugliest fans. Gotta put Chicago in there as well

Lol @ this shit. Pats have won two games this year thanks to the refs terrible calls.
FWIW, Gronk was penalized twice on the same play by the same player against the Bills which lead to an interception, was so pissed with the two non calls that he dropped a People's Elbow on the guy, and then got suspended against the Dolphins which the Pats would have won easily if he had played, but instead they lost. Every team gets fucked by the refs at one time or another. Teams get away with abusing Gronk all the time, and then he also gets a lot of ticky tacky calls against him for slight push-offs that every receiver does and usually gets away with. He got BS push off calls against him in the Bills game, while his defenders got away with murder. He shouldn't have lost his cool, but that was what triggered him in that game.

Never seen it before? He must be a 2 thousand and 12th man. This used to happen all the time.

Fickle ass fans, I can hear the pattern of feet from here of the rats abandoning the wagon. Thank god.

Which games? The only terrible call this year was the Saferian Jenkins, and that wouldn't have created a lead change even without the bullshit call.

I've also heard that they only beat the Broncos because Denver's kicker didn't boot it out of the end zone every time. For some reason New England games make fans of other franchises very dumb.

Jets, I think it was. And now the Steelers.

Bills at NE next week. I don't give a fuck what happens in the game as long as they double Gronk. THe Patriots have one go to play, throw it toward Gronk.

When they double Gronk, Brady throws to the next open man. Their go to is to throw to Gronk, it's easy yardage, but they've won with other guys when Gronk pulls multiple defenders.

2 min drill Brady goes down and scores 100 out of 100 times against the Jets

Oh look, Carr sucking under pressure again.

Gronk do good!! Gronk score touchdown!!

Yeah, I hate him, but he's the best QB in the league at going through his reads and maximizing yardage and safety. That's why the Pats win with such eclectic rosters every year, just get open and make catches and Brady will find you.

Gronk should have been suspended for this game as well. Had they not had Pittsburgh on the slate for this week (or any other marquee matchup) he would have gotten more than a game. It's a joke he only got one game.

Jets, I think it was. And now the Steelers.

The Jets call wasn't near as important to the outcome as today's call, the play didn't create a lead change as called on the field, but that was a bogus referee intervention.

Today's call wasn't wrong, but it was impactful. There's no real connection

AJ Green put a guy in a chokehold and got nothing.
