Luckily my white privilege means I don't have to give a shit, LET'S GO COWBOYS

Get some fuckin' football tonight, and i'll have it muted most of the damn time so I don't have to here any damn thing else about racism or the fucking flag

At this point Jake Elliot has contributed more to his teams success in 2017 than Ezekiel Elliott.

Raiders get a home game at Chargers games even in San Diego! Southern California is Raider nation.
so do the Dodgers when they play the Padres

it's actually super embarrassing

It's changing now, but SDSU used to be outfanned by traveling Mormons at Qualcomm whenever BYU came to play. There's nothing worse than a mass of polite, blonde shit talkers

I didn't even know why the protesting was taken to another level yesterday until I heard on the radio this morning what Trump said about NFL players. That's how much I don't pay attention to what Trump says.

Also, this protesting thing is getting a bit annoying because of all the coverage it's getting. It's turning into a fucking fad now with social media.. like the ice bucket challenge and all that other shit.

The NFL should stop playing the anthem and just ask people to stand for a moment of silence to honor veterans on Veterans Day. Golic and Saturday were talking about when no teams were on the field for the playing of the anthem. Did this start after the September 11, 2001 attacks?

I've noticed a lot of transplants in San Diego love other sports teams, once the Chargers started winning what do you know Charger flags and stickers everywhere. Bandwagon fans are insane all over socal though. Don't get me started on the Lakers.

I know there were some hardcore San Diego Charger fans but that city is done for and the Chargers franchise is borderline Clippers status now. Send them both to Seattle.

I also it hilarious that either way, money started flowing in for it. Aint that some shit

Who are you willing to give up to sign them? $18 million on this season's cap. They all got 3 year deals. We have $11 million in cap space, maybe to try to sign a free agent if someone becomes available and also to cover anyone brought in to cover for injured players. also provides money to re sign players next season.

If we used every penny available under the cap we still need $7 million more. Do we cut 14 low paid players? Can't do that because we have to keep 53 on the roster. Can't cut a higher paid player because the dead cap hits are too high, some would cost more to cut than to keep. A GM really has an impossible job to find and keep talent.
I like the draft and develop model.... just feels like we develop guys for other teams to use.

I get we couldn't keep all of them but at least one of those three? Heyward especially. Feel like our line problems are related to Bulaga and Bakhtiari being hurt.

Was the Lions call really that bad? I thought there was a still of tate clearly short of the goal line.

Was there something previously that I missed?

He was short, if the refs had called it correct live Det could've at least tried to get one more play in w/ 8seconds to go.

They ruled it a TD, clock stops, review, reverse call: no TD, since the Lions didn't have a timeout left 10 sec runoff...we were robbed 8 seconds to try and win the game due to blown call that was initially in our favor....how fucked is that?

Yeah it'll be better when DB comes back. It's why Marty hasnt done much either, he has to help chip the linemen every play and by the time he runs his route he's like 2 yards past the line

The oline play doesn't bother me that much because we're using backups (thank god Barclays is also hurt though).

DB play concerns me though. King and James seem to be doing well but it's two rookies we are relying on.

Perry needing surgery kisses me off though.
