This entire thing seems to have your skivvies in quite a twist. It's pretty ironic you're fighting for their right to kneel during the anthem.Compared to comrades in arms, it's nowhere close and I will dismiss it as such.
And I've played football and wrestled, I know sports team bonds. I am also 15 years currently on active duty, I can and will make the comparison.
Again, I do not fault the Steelers for giving Villanueva shit for that. Check page one, I was with him 100% before seeing the pic of his entire team standing behind him and some still with their hands over their heart like he was. He just chose to go a few feet ahead. He made the choice, and I don't fault him for that either.
