He showed some legitimate flashes of ability in Arizona. Including good arm strength. Flynn's arm strength is pretty awful. And I like Matt Flynn haha.

Before last season....

37 TDs to 44 INTS & a sub 60% completion %. Hes a nice back up who got incredible lucky last season. He threw 4 picks in the Dallas game and they caught only one of them and that got over turned by a penalty.

He had a nice year, but any team desperate enough to give him anything more than vet minimum and multi-years is gonna be sorely disappointed.

That's terrible though. I always agreed with you that the Raiders were going in the right direction. People saw a shit team, and it is, but I saw a slow progression towards something that could be alright
