In all fairness, McCown is a better player than Flynn. McCown can create plays, has a stronger arm, steps into the rush, etc.

McCown has an incredibly weak arm... The amount of ducks that he threw to the BEAST Jeffery for TDs last year was absurd. Hes a great locker room guy, but anywhere outside of the Marc Trestman offense he has been an abomination.
