Already like John Lynch better then Baalke, the niners hired Mayhew to work under Lynch. He has no experience but he is filling that gap by hiring some good people. He also seems to do whatever he wants and nothing has been leaked yet (he announced the hire at the press conference)

Lynch knows he's inexperienced which is why he's surrounding himself with good people like Adam Peters, the Broncos scouting director. Not sure if Lynch will work out in the end, but this team is basically an expansion team at this point. It's going to take a while

If a team puts the Pats at the top of the draft like that from trading their backup QB I will find their GMs house and upper deck all of his toilets

A lot of athletes avoid the internet and it seems like Walsh would/should be one of them.
