Tell the falcons I said thanks a lot for destroying my dreamsGood time so far. I'm home now again but have a pass for Media Day tonight. Not sure if I care enough to go. I'm tired as shit. We spent most of the day chilling with LT (Chargers ). I'm trying to to recharge for the parties tonight
Apparently Shanahan lost his backpack with ATL's playbook in it for a time during media day yesterday.

The San Francisco Examiner’s Art Spander (he's 78 years old) mistakenly took Shanahan’s backpack and returned it after the media session had ended.
Spander goes by an alias when he visits New England, hopefully they don't find out his codename is North Face.
Joey Porter seems like a real fucking idiot sometimes. Can't even watch a HS game without losing control.
During a game at Riverside in October, Porter ran onto the field to badger the officials. Remember, he’s a Steelers assistant coach and only a North Catholic parent.
North Catholic was penalized 15 yards and the officials asked the North Sewickley police to remove Porter. According to eyewitnesses, Porter told the cops, “If you want me to leave it’s gonna take more than just you.”
The officers working the game had to call for extra help.
Porter finally calmed down when the referee threatened North Catholic with a forfeit.

The goddamn Pats have been good for so long. Hopefully they will go through a solid couple of decades of eating shit soon. I still remember when they were one of the shittiest teams along with TB, Indy, and GB.

Who is proposing this, the Gov or the Raiders?

True. Plus, it's also sorta like the Reebok deal in the sense that even though the higher paid guys get less than their typical game check, the lower paid guys actually get MORE (mostly guys still on their rookie contracts and special teams guys). The juice wouldn't be worth the squeeze if they had to pay some of those guys a $million+ just to show.I'm usually all for players getting more money, but I think Sherman is wrong on this one. The players get recognized, get a vacation, and still get paid to "play" in the Pro Bowl.

Only show in town and the Milwaukee teams have always sucked anyway. Patriots had to compete with the Celtics, Red Sox, Bruins, all champions and contenders on any given year, plus Boston is a cultural/educational hub with a TON to do. But like I said earlier, I give the Midwestern sports fans their due too, along with Northeast sports fans. And Green Bay still sold out every game.
