Tomlin is Bill Belichick without Brady and Gronkowski.

I don't know about that. Tomlin is mostly a culture and leadership guy. The number of winning seasons he has under his belt is ridiculous. The rest of his front office is also top notch.

Belichick is a brilliant strategist with a Billy Bean type mentality running a franchise. He depends on players to build culture and his leadership is meh at best.
