Yeah, Tepper has been shit and Reich got the bag and didn't do any worthwhile coaching that I saw. He was in a slightly elevated comatose state whenever he was in front of a mic, and he assembled a staff that did not get along. It can't all be JaBryce's fault!

Bryce was put in one of the worst positions in all of football - lack of skill position players, terrible coaching, etc - which as a rookie, can derail your career, but he did have the second worst QBR ahead of only Mac Jones with ten plus starts. Giving up this year's first for him along with DJ Moore makes it an all time bad trade.
