Pretty much. I'm not a Vrabel fan and think Mayo could be the right guy, but firing a coach after 20+ seasons and not even doing a job search and hiring from his staff before hiring a GM just seems dumb. Just let Bill stay and get the record and retire if this is the plan.

Whatever, none of it matters if they miss on getting a QB and continue to trot out DeVante Parker.
