The Bills were absolute cheeks last night. It seemed par for the course of supposed "Super Bowl Contenders" getting knocked off this last week and change.
Always enjoy when the Falcons bust out the retro red helmets of my youth. Should be the permanent helmet IMO.
Bears vs. Commanders was the better game this evening. Too bad both games featured two QB's making millions of dollars unable to get something as simple as a hand off factor into the outcome.
I would say my Saints are on course for a good high draft pick, but my preseason
#tankforArch tactic doesn't seem so great right now.
@Croaker maybe they get lucky and draft JaNorris. Although with an old QB as head coach, Moore would probably want Mendoza outta IU.
Watching the Bengals lose to the Packers didn't leave my family with a complete sense of dread with Joe Flacco under center as we had with Browning running the show. Now we are actually looking forward to the trip to Pittsburgh in November. For only having a week to learn the playbook, Flacco did surprisingly well. I can only assume more reps with Higgins and Chase will improve chances of winning.
Watching Steelers vs. Browns....Can't help but notice how much of a winning scenario it has been for both Tomlin and Aaron Rogers. The old gun slinger looks quite comfortable, and seems to have already developed some chemistry with DK Metcalf. He made quite a few tight window throws that only comes from having complete trust in each other. This weekend will be a preview of what I should expect in November when we head to the 'Burgh.
