Cant tell if thats a bad or good thing. He was either going to catch or drop a game winner lol
Wouldn't have predicted that fica would know more than me about anything NFL related. However, I really have no interest in this story. I'm okay with just getting bits and pieces from AB
For as talented as he is, he’s always hurt.
If Im Vrabel I probably take the Pats. Drake Maye’s potential is through the roof and the owner will let you run your own show.
Hell even if you look at the other teams that could be the market theyre better than the usual situations. Cowboys for example, hed have that defense at the top of the league.
He's hardly had chaos. Pederson has been his coach for 3 of his 4 years, and is almost universally considered a good coach. We know exactly what Lawrence is at this point.I think most all coaches would still be thrilled to have him as their QB tbh. Some blame is definitely on his shoulders, but a lot (and id say the majority) is not.
Hard to know what he is or isnt when hes had nothing but chaos his entire career.
We know Josh Allen is successful in spite of Daboll's retarded ass. There was no way they were going to get rid of Daboll. Giants ownership knew they messed up the whole Jones/Barkley situation and I don't really know what Daboll is as a coach without a crap QB. Taylor, on the other hand, is pure Cincy being cheap. Cincy is going to straight up ruin Burrow's prime years and I expect them to be even worse next year since I don't believe they will be able to pay everyone, right?
Pederson was considered successful because of Frank Reich and Jim Schwartz. Baalke is considered to be by most coaches and other GM's, a massive fucking dipshit who cant get out of his own way. He's hardly had chaos. AP is probably safe unfortunately. QB plan went to shit and the entire starting defense outside of one safety went on IR. Team still loves him for some unknown reason, apparently cigars in the locker room 4-5 times a year is better than being a winning team lolAntonio Pierce at the presser talking like he's safe, Patrick Graham probably out so they'll need new OC (unless they keep the Turner fam) and DC.
I remember being so jealous when he got taken in that draft cause at the time i think pats were looking for a second round wr and he got snatched up.Yeah, his career has actually been worse than the guy he was drafted to replace on the team: MVS. I really thought he had a higher ceiling than him.
Future goatlet. Now he needs someone better than a 40 year old white guy at wr1.
How much does he influence their drafting? I could understand if they want to see how he drafts this year if he was responsible for grabbing bowers.AP is probably safe unfortunately. Rustle Wilson aint blackTop 10 Black QB's NFL History
The first was way back when a cat named Fritz Pollard but.......in reality he was more a running back you threw a few passes.
Then we had nothing up until the early 50's when Chicago started Willie Thrower (dead serious) he gets credit for being the first legit black QB to start an NFL game.
When the AFL showed up in the 60's there was Marlon "Magician" Briscoe, a Bronco started out ok but fizzled out endingup a WR with the Bills, did have a 1000 yard season.
As we know it's that ability to move to extend plays to actually take off and run is what seperates black from white. A couple exceptions like Steve Young, Bobby Douglas.
1.Russell Wilson........................................too many historically important stats/numbers, most pro bowls/Superbowls combo
2.Patrick Mahomes....just a matter of time
3.Warren Moon
4.Lamar Jackson
5.Donovan McNabb
6.Cam Newton
7.Steve McNair
8.Dal Prescott
9.Randall Cunningham
10.Daunte Culpepper
Ca't totally ignore Doug Williams, his SB performance was amazing. Or Michael Vick the other member of that 6000 QB rushing club with the new QB rushing king Lamar Jackson. Slash Kordell Stewart could play.
Did expect more out of Vince Young and Colin Kaepernick.
So who did I forget?
Obviously the new crop don't have the numbers....................yet~~~~~~~~~
Telesco runs the show but hes got a voice. Bowers was a collective obvious choice with how the QB run played out. Penix was AP’s pick since his boy Daniels was gone. How much does he influence their drafting? I could understand if they want to see how he drafts this year if he was responsible for grabbing bowers.
If he’s bringing in a win like that each year, he could actually build something.
