Edelman is as healthy as a 34 year old slot receiver can be. Dude led the league in drops last year. They can't depend on him like they used to.

Whatever he might be in the future, he’s just another guy now. Him, Meyers and Byrd are all replacement level guys out there tonight. Their tight ends are all scrap heap guys who’ve learned the system too. Edelman is still a capable player though, as is White.

There are several worse franchises, but I really believe only the Failcans could have blown that one that late. If Dallas had caught up by mid-3rd quarter, that's standard can team play. They managed to give up 17 points in the final 3 minutes. It takes a special gift to pull that off.
