1st round pick only 3 seasons in. Dont see deals come that early almost ever.
He isn't getting worse, its better to get ahead so its cheaper when the cap goes up. If they wait he'll be even more expensive. I wouldn't do it with an RB but WR these day? Hell yeah. Plus, they're using money they saved on QB.

Sauce is the highest paid CB now. At least the Jets are keeping their players.

I dont think its a bad idea just unexpected being that they have 2 years left with a rookie contract.

Either one. Jets are a dumpster fire franchise.
Speaking of, I keep seeing an insane amount of glazing in these top 10,20 whatever lists regarding the Jets and its players.

The NFL has a massive NYC and LA media issue. The extent that the Chargers, Jets, Gicans are talked about and regarded each offseason is astounding.

How dare you. Dont you know the Chargers are the greatest off season champions of all time?

The Bears have been getting this since 1986

GOML
Aside from last years absurd expectations for a brand new team and rookie qb, i dont see anyone expecting them to be a playoff team literally every year.

You don't know those meatballs and it shows

The Bulls won 6 rings and all Chicago said was "Da Bears are winnin da supa bowl"

that Garret Wilson low-ball contract is hilarious too.

Wilson, Ramsey, Geno are like historically overrated at this point. I don't even know another player from any era who would join them on Mt.Rushmore.

Herbwoat and love. Mike Williams and Ekelgod by PUtO

I’d prob put Gaire Alexander on there too. Media overhypes the big black fudge pack

Maybe its just where I live. I see a lot of Bears coverage because its a popular team with the nostalgia BS, but that doesnt mean its lofty expectation Bears coverage. See it the same as the Jets and Giants.
