He probably would be better in an organization that wasn’t dysfunctional but he’s a better OC than HC right now.

I honestly dont disagree but I think hes an offensive wizard and would be excited to have him in the building for obvious reasons. I would like some very different personalities on the staff though.

And if he doesnt get the Raiders HC job he very, very likely will be signing as the Chargers OC on Tuesday.

......yep, we (part owner) are far better with Fred Warner, Nick Boza and George Kittle.

Without Boza we have to manufacture a pass rush, which sucks.

To get as far as we have with those missing defenders and Purdy for awhile says a lot about the team.

Hopefully in 2026 we can FINALLY field our full team, hopefully.

Great to see we will have Pursall back tonight, he can get deep.

One thing that helps us is being familiar with playing in Seattle and knowing how to deal with that noise.
