Being January the weather is a big deal.

Just found this...

Chicago

The Brief

    • Light snow will fall at times today into tomorrow, with many dry breaks in between.
    • Temperatures turn sharply colder this weekend, with highs near 20 and wind chills below zero.
    • Bitter cold lingers into the holiday before a slow moderation next week

A west coast team knowing nothing about that kind of cold. Hmmmm?

Bills are going disguise even more than usual it looks like. Hopefully Payton doesn't make Dix into a handoff merchant.

Yeah nobody on the Rams grew up in the Midwest or East coast dealing with the cold.

If you google our mans Elzio Dinnick there is a picture of Russell Wilson. Incredible.

Rams in the harsh Chicago winds? Gayleb with another “W” incoming. I hate it.

allen Rodgers godd mahomes ALL CONFIRMED dink n dunkers lmao
??

You understand that particular chart is only for Weeks 1-5 of this season, right? Mahomes is above average there for 20yd+ throw attempts, average in success rate, and this was obviously his worst season yet as the Chiefs struggled. IIRC, Rodgers had a very poor start to the season. Allen is well above average for success rate, but below average for attempt rate.

The second QB list is for Weeks 1-10 (where Allen is #10).

why did tomlin get his walking papers???

perhaps because in the last 15 years in Pittsburgh, nick chubb has more playoff wins than Mike tomlin

For the record, I dont hate white kkKAM Newton.
I just buffalos. And NY. And losers that make it to 4 consecutive superbowls and shit the bed.
but damn it was fun watching the nfc east beat that ass

Don't get out much do ya slugger?

UNPRECEDENTED JANUARY TROPICAL DISTURBANCE POSSIBLE IN EASTERN PACIFIC FOR FIRST TIME IN RECORDED HISTORY

According to the National Weather Service, temperatures are expected to drop to around 7 degrees by the evening. This would become the 3rd coldest game in stadium history. There is also a chance of snow showers after noon and flurries before midnight.

The FOX Forecast Center is giving this game a high ROWI (Risk of Weather Impact) rating, with wind gusts expected to affect gameplay.

Dude, everyone is talking about the weather in Chicago for the game. Maybe cool the BS and get up to speed ok rookie?

Those Bears are in it right now those Rams aren't.

Dude you need to relax, ok guy?

Wnd is the real bitch for an older cat like Stafford. yes the weather will impact this game. And yes the Bears do have an advantage over any west coast team, it's called common sense.

I went outside earlier, and its getting cold.

I dont think NFL teams are that concerned, especially the rams, when their key players arent predicated on speed. Kyren Williams, Matthew Stafford, Blake Corum, Davonte Adams and Puka Naca are not speedsters. The cold ground isnt going to have a huge negative impact on their offense. Their defense shouldnt post much different problems outside of Verse, who will be slowed down but Caleb has proven already to be fine in the environment

you know what is going to decide this game? If Stafford's hand is fucked. If its still injured, Bears by 40. Maybe cool the BS and get up to speed ok rookie?

Not talking about speed am talking about being distracted because you're too damn cold.

Why so much of this....

There was snow coming down last week when the Bears hosted the Packers, and while there was a light dusting on the field before the game, things were clear at kickoff. There's potential for more snow to be on the way for Sunday when the Bears take on the Rams, who have a quarterback who has played in cold weather******* but the elements might be a problem for the rest of this skill group********. L.A. is hoping this will be passing flurries like it was last week, while Chicago might be fine with a bit more snow sticking around. The Bears cover in 53% of simulations and the Over also hits in 53% of simulations, according to the SportsLine Projection Model.

So why would the Bears be cooler with the cold, snow?

Just talking about a very real situation in that game yet you just gotta get smart ass, sheesh!

RELAX, CHILL.........ok?

Now what would Tom Brady know, rifght?

Tom Brady told Fox Sports' Colin Cowherd that he expects the cold to be a "big advantage" for the Bears, and that argument makes sense on the surface. But what do the numbers — and the Rams themselves — say about their chances to win this week?
