They get the ball with 12:30 in the fourth down 4 on their own 10.

By 11:00 they are at the 50, like a hot knife through butter. And at the 35 by 10:00.

Now logically you think here “if we moving the ball like this, we give our D a chance to make the stop and even if they don’t we have three timeouts we should get it back”

Nah dawg they took five and a half minutes to get to the 10 yard line and failed on a 4th and 4.

So these guys legit spent 8 minutes on a failed drive in the fourth quarter and that’s a pacing/coaching issue. There was clearly a conscious decision once they crossed the 50 not to go for bombs and slow play it. And it cost them the game. And I don’t really understand why it would make sense to wind down the clock when you definitely won’t get it low enough to put significant time pressure on seattles offense if you do score.

That shit has me scratching my head.
