I'm not gonna say you are wrong because I dunno (and you don't, either). But you do realize that we as a species have figured out quite a bit since Aristotle, right?

The principles are still applied to the advancements in philosophy, its why they're still relevant. We have a species have tried to remove God countless times and it has ended in abject failure repeatedly. Whether or not he exists in that sense is irrelevant. Pascal's wager, while atheists continually try to poke holes in it, rings true. It doesn't matter of its at a social level, or biological level, to be apathetic and nihilistic is wrong. There is meaning and purpose to everything. Even this interaction on the internet, as irrelevant as it may be.

(originally wanted to use Anselm's Ontological argument but changed due to having to keep this as concise as possible)

hey man in america race decides who is best for this or that position so you see historicly mostly white qb mostly black line backers or cornrs or what that is american mentality in rest of the world nobody in football aka soccer or rugby has designated positions for certain race. in fotball any position can be played by any race just because in america they believe best soccer plyer is pele does not mean is true or best strikers are all black or defenders or midfielders does not mean is true. so stick to your bbb and leave rest of world alone especialy me

Your hubris here is your downfall, and partial ignorance. If God exists, and the the scripture is true, that is sin participating in the world. The lesson might be there is no gain without hardship. If God exists, that child will be at peace and happiness rather than suffering a world where they lose their loved ones and go through the other struggles we do. I haven't lost my parents, but I can imagine my world being shattered and very different. Evil exists in the world, if we didn't have evil we wouldn't have good. If God intervened on everything we do then we wouldn't have free will. We have a choice in this matter, and I'm not going to question morality and ethics of a being beyond my own comprehension. That is hubris.

Life is pain, we suffer so that we can grow until we die and the suffering ends. Through these hardships we can choose to carry on or let it defeat us. I refuse to let it defeat me. I love my life, I love all those around me, and I will cherish it until my eyes no longer open.

This isn't exactly the best medium to have these discussions, everything I've said is much deeper than what is on the screen. There is reason behind it, but I don't have the time, and I don't think you want to, given you already dismissed the fundamental teachings of western philosophy. We can't agree on that as a starting point, I don't think there is anywhere to go. We need to establish a starting point. I obviously won't change your mind with religious scripture, and Western philosophy is a system of logic and reasoning (mostly), and where it comes from. If you accept that we need a foundational agreement we can build off of that. If I just come at you with Kant's Critique of Pure Reason or Sellars Myth of the Given then we are way gone into the weeds and there is nothing tethering us to the same starting point and we're just saying nuh uh at each other the entire time.

Basically, this discussion started with you saying God doesn't exist, I said my quip, and I'm trying to navigate it back to a point where we agree so that we can accurately hold each other accountable. This isnt so much against you, its for both of us.

Fair enough. I DO have my own argument FOR God and its basically rooted in music. I'm not so sure such beauty can just happen in a vacuum. Maybe i was just arguing to argue because we are om sherdog, but yeah, i don't necessarily believe that gravity and the elements in the universe randomly conspired to produce sometthing like this

I had a response on the complexity with the philosophy of music and it was just an enormous run on sentence with loosely related things tying it together. I do have it queued up and am at 11:29 in the video. Listening to it while I try clean up my kitchen.
