You're posting a thread I frequent. It's crazy someone might not actually give a shit and read what you post. I know your shitty reddit-esque humor probably gets you tons of pussy. On here though, you just look like a big gay.
You sound rather triggered boy, again showing that you care. Try again next time little one

reminded me of the Craig Krenzel performance against Miami in 2002. Very timely runs in high-pressure situations. Bailed out the 49ers several times.

The last two weeks haven't really convinced me this guy is a long-term solution, should have lost both games but survived due to several dropped interceptions, but he has that plucky grit and seems like he has character.
He's in his second season as a QB, and he's playing in the Super Bowl. It might have been his second in as many seasons if he didn't go down with an injury in last year's NFC Championship game. He just wrapped up a regular season where he led the league in nearly every major advanced metric considered important (Passer Rating, QBR, EPA, EPA/dropback, ANY/A, NY/A, Completition% over Expectation, Yards/Completion, Success Rate), and was Top 5 in pretty much everything else (Total Yards, Total TDs, Comp%, TD%-INT% and TD:INT ratio, 3rd Down Conversion, Red Zone conversion %, Team Points Per Game). He has had the best record of any QB in the league over this period.

What is the long term problem you're looking to solve?

I'm convinced that he's in a great position that will allow him to perform and put up great stats, but I suspect a lot of other QBs would put up similar stats in the same position.

Put Goff on that team and I think he's getting MVP stats as well, same with most top 20 QBs. Someone like Burrow becomes a god on the 49ers.

Goff dropped this dime as good as you can drop one and Jameson couldn't snag it

He had a great game and came through with some clutch plays but this could have easily swung the momentum right back to them. Big miss

Not buying it. Goff already has a great team around him. Not counting the QBs themselves, Detroit was tied for the second most All-Pro offensive selections of any team in the league this season with the Cowboys (4) behind the Niners (5). He was barely pressured more per dropback than Purdy (22.6% vs. 20.1%). That's with only slightly less time in the pocket (-0.3s).

I think I counted four dropped passes by Detroit receivers that were just inexcusable.

Wife has made a “Taylor Swift Super Bowl” Facebook event for a Super Bowl party at our house. With Tswift vinyls for prizes for SB commercial bingo and random vegas bets numbers right.

I just wanted to smoke some pulled pork and slam some coors lights. Fuck Taylor swift for getting my wife into football.

A I posted earlier, we often think of how many NFL teams passed on drafting Aaron Rodgers and now Jordan Love in the first round of the NFL Draft. Now think of all of the teams that passed on Brock Purdy in the entire NFL draft and now he's in the Superbowl.

I have to feel bad for the Lions fans. They had a great season and a great start to the game against the 49ers, but in the end, they are still the Lions.

There’s usually at least one or 2 heart break game in the playoffs, but we’ve seen 4 in 2 weeks… where Bills, Lions, Ravens, and Packers are … ‘Puke! We lost?’ Only the Packers fans can really feel like… Next Year. Not counting the incredible no shows by the Cowboys and Browns. Just a crazy postseason.

Taylor is doing god works and making football great again :)

Matt Stafford as a Lion or 9er is 4-5 guaranteed championships.

will the 9ers avenge their sb loss ? .. I think it can go either way .. 9ers are gonna need a bit of luck as they've been getting because you just know purdy is gonna throw up one of those 'try to pick me off' throws during this game .. if he can manage to avoid defenders and rip off runs like he's capable of and not throw picks, they have a good chance .. if he doesn't and those picks aren't 'dropped' .. it may be a long day .. also get mccaffrey the effin ball please .. that head bounce at the end of the lions game looked scary .. he was shook right after it and asked to be taken out .. hope it doesn't have any lasting effect for the sb

the lions are just cursed aren't they ? .. what more can you do to make it to the big dance ... get all the way to the nfc title game .. have a 24-7 lead at the half .. gotta bring it home after that

Jameson had a great game. Should have been in more plays. Reynolds made some brutal plays.

Eh this is why I generally avoid Purdy talk. Have you watched Goff throughout his career behind good OLs vs bad OLs? He has an elite OL in Detroit. He wouldn't have that in SF. I would say he's better off in Detroit.

Purdy was getting killed completing his passes in the first half. He was using his legs to escape pressure in the second. Everyone continues to ignore the niners having a bottom tier pass blocking. Niners also couldn't afford his cap hit.

I honestly don't care how good Purdy if he wins them a SB. If they win while he passes for 10 yards I will praise the kid because having the lowest cap hit in the league helped keep the roster together<LynchWink>
