The DA announced over a year ago they weren't charging. The accuser's own friends said she was telling everyone there she was 18. And that she was hitting on guys while sober and telling them "if you don't fuck me I'm gonna tell everyone you're a ."

They could probably get someone like Curtis Samuel, Darnell Mooney or Gay Davis.
