this is a throw he has to make even under pressure.

this is a throw he has to make even under pressure.

His inexperience showed for sure on multiple plays like this whereas an elite experience QB like Mahomes or Brady would have audibled or shifted protections. Only in his 2nd year though so I give him a pass.

Genuinely curious to see what Kelce has left in the tank. He showed up for the playoffs and big show but he has definitely lost a step. Dude has been money the last 2 games when it mattered the most.

Makes me sick.

He's not getting younger or healthier, that's for sure. He got his legs back for the playoff push but most of the season he was nicked up and his movements seem labored at best. That's not an excuse for him losing a step- he has. And I think next year will be a lot of the same.

They'll have to reduce his snaps to make him effective. Maybe 50-60% of snaps instead of 75-80% of the snaps each game he got this year. He was gassed af for what seemed like the entire SB but to your point- he showed up when it mattered the most. Next year should probably be his last. Try to get another SB and if you do, great. If not, you got three already and were the best weapon on your team during the playoffs at 34 years old. That's fucking incredible.

His 2023 playoff stats (copying from PFR sucks. lol)

it's Games/Games Started/Targets/Receptions/Yards/Y/R/ TDs/first downs

That bastard is still open on every play. He's playing 15 more years. Gtfo.

Mans hit the lab for the post season. Really impressive run.

This is where Jennings was in his break when Brock released the ball after going backwards full speed because Chris Jones went untouched up the middle. Could he have made the throw? Yes. Did he miss some wide open layup like you are trying to claim with a bad screenshot (missing Ted's point). It was a protection bust but Brock was the problem with this play to you. Ted's point is it's a easy score if the OL doesn't completely fuck up.

What is this bullshit excuses niners players are whining about not knowing the OT rules? If that is true, Shanahan sucks, they are also idiots and boo hoo they still couldn’t score a TD <45>
The 49ers defense had been on the field for like 23 plays in the final 9 minutes of regulation so even if for some reason they didn't know the OT rules (which I doubt) not sending the defense straight back onto the field was probably a logical move regardless

No doubt but multiple players have come out saying they didn’t know the rules which is puzzling.

Lmao at the Kelce haters today cuz he almost took Reid’s fatass to suplex city. Our mans can’t be stopped.

Except in the first half, I had a prop bet of him and cmc combining for 10 receptions

Cmc did his part with 5 kelce hauled down 1
