Wonder what the record is for how many head coaches a team pays at one time, the Raiders are about to hit 4 when they hire the next guy.

Gruden reached a settlement with the Raiders, so he either got paid his settlement in full or is still getting paid in installments, which is more likely the case and McDaniels was still owed several years of guaranteed contract money and the team is on the hook for paying him through 2027.

The money doesn't matter, but it's a fucking circus. They've had 15 head coaches in the last 20 years. It's gonna be hard to get it right when coaches see a team with such a revolving door, what quality head coach in their right mind would want to work for this team?

If everything smells like shit everywhere you go, maybe you're the one that smells like shit. Maybe these coaches aren't all "bums"....maybe the organization just smells like shit.
