Telesco is a weird one. Guy just gave the Raiders their best draft in years and got the steal of the draft and possible best player of the draft, but also did a lot of bonehead shit like being responsible for hiring Luke Getsy right after Getsy already showed he was incompetent in Chicago. Some of the beat writers also claimed Telesco trumped AP and forced AP to start Minshew over AOC to start the season.

Guy seems like a perfect balance of good decision making and absolute retardation.
