New York GOP/ Democratic Primaries

Who wins New York (chose one for each race)

  • Total voters
    34
  • Poll closed .
Trump should settle around 85 delegates at worst, Kasich the remaining 10. I'm not seeing Cruz with a chance for even 1.

84-2 right now for Trump in delegates. I am really interested to see the MSM try and spin this. He is surpassing their worst case scenario for NY right now.

Yeah I edited my post, he's gonna clear 90, but he can't win them all.

Expect the narrative to change next week.

PA will be interesting. If Trump can get to 45-50% in PA, the RNC's hopes of a brokered convention are done.

Watching the ass kicking Trump is giving to everyone today:

PA is going to be a goddamn mess. Only 17/71 (statewide winner-take-all) delegates will be awarded by "the people" and the remaining 54 by-district delegates are basically superdelegates. PA republicans may just decide to be hostile and ignore the popular vote. Or they may go with their people, hard to say- I don't know what's going on in the party there. Indiana will also be very interesting, with 30 bound delegates awarded to the state winner and 27 by-district, it will be super swingy.

Trump doesnt need PA. He already won. Do the math. Work more play less.

Edit: Unless you are talking about Democrats. Talk all you want. Gives me the lolz.

Note: Chris Matthews on msnbc called it for Clinton/Trump nominations
Geraldo and Brit Hume on fox also called it tonight.

Well this sucks. I thought it would be 55-45 but nope, looks like a clear win for clinton.

It's really bizarre. How do you turn out 28k for a fucking political rally but not win the state. And its not even just NY, its really all over. Nobody really pulls crowds like this for rallies. But the numbers just don't translate.
Bernie depends on the young vote. Hillary depends on the graveyard vote.

The latter shows up to vote in stronger numbers than the former, at least for Clinton.

So Cruz is mathematically eliminated now.

And he has no chance in hell of the RNC giving him the nod at a contested convention, his soul job now is to stop Trump from getting the nod so the RNC can get rid of him.

Total popular vote so far:

Clinton ——— 10.1 million
Trump ——– 8.5M
Bernie —— 7.4M
Cruz —— 6.3M
Rubio — 3.4M
Kasich – 3.1M

This is irrelevant given the fact the independents can't vote in Closed Primaries.

I believe Ted might think that he'll be rewarded if he stops Trump from getting to 1237... but there's no way the GOP would pass up a chance to nominate someone like Rubio or Ryan over Cruz. Trump is overshadowing the fact that the GOPe hates Ted Cruz. Cruz is merely useful to them right now.

Well gave Cruz an ass kicking. Now if the GOP party apparatus was not anti Trump, Cruz would be calling it a day. All the difference a party's backing of a candidate makes.

If the RNC didn't give Cruz the delegates in Colorado, Wyoming, etc in order to screw Trump, this wouldn't even be close.

Jesus you really are a stupid person. That's the second time in a few days that you've replied to an informative post of mine about the delegate process talking out your ass. You didn't even know which party I meant. I think you should retire, have a block of cheese on me.

I have to say I am really impressed with people for tuning out the MSM, and negative political ads in NY.

Bernie once talked about getting the kitchen sink thrown at him, well, Trump might literally have had a kitchen sink thrown at him, and he is still standing, and winning.

Seems to me that the MSM, and political establishment is wearing no clothes right now.

How many times do we have to listen to them predict Trump's downfall before it becomes comedy?

That October registration deadline combined with 115% of all media saying Sanders never had a chance since April...
