New York GOP/ Democratic Primaries

Who wins New York (chose one for each race)

  • Total voters
    34
  • Poll closed .
You said "its obviously a big fuck up" implying it was a mistake.

I can assure you that this was not just happenstance lol
But if we're talking entire blocks of people rather than more random samplings of people, that's more likely an explainable error right?

would this be something that is easily investigated as to what when wrong and if it was malicious?
Depends. The size makes it rather more likely that a trail can be found, since if it was an error, it was almost certainly some sort of systemic error.

That's the point of an audit. But it's easier to just scream about corruption whenever an issue crops up, and then later use that as "evidence" the next time you want to whine about how something is "corrupt" instead of having some non-malicious explanation.

Yeah it's too soon to call corruption. I remember the coin flip non-controversy when it was found out that Bernie was the one winning nearly all of the recorded coin flips. This error (fraud?) was first reported as dropping off whole city blocks from the rolls, as opposed to individuals. That points toward either a very sloppy fraud or a very sloppy mistake, and probably a mistake imo.

This is impossible to do....I guess its not impossible, but youd probably have to have a 1st grader as your elections director to do this.

Basically what happens, and again this is from a different states point of view. Voter registration ends on a certain date. Counties then begin about a 2 week long process of verifying all of their voters, making sure everyone is correctly registered and active. They then begin the process of consolidating all of the precincts within their county, which ALL county elections clerks know the # of. Its not like one can just suddenly go missing.

The counties then generate the # of registered voters in their county and match that number up with all precincted poll books. The county will then send all of those poll books to a printing vendor, who also has the exact # of precincts the county has so they can print and return the correct amount. The county then receives the printed poll books, and then the director and all officials will go over all the poll books and sign off on them, but not before matching up ALL of their precincts.

This can absolutely NOT happen.

Whoa, exit poll has Hillary 52-48, that's nuts if it holds.

Thanks for the great explanation. That sort of process should make it easy to point to the problem.

I'm am beyond pissed off because I ended up missing out on being able to vote. I was a registered green party member and changed my affiliation to the democratic party back in late October but guess what I missed the deadline by a week to switch so I could vote in the primary. Secondly I ended up going to my polling station where I vote and told them I wanted a provisional ballot and they told me they don't know what that is and don't believe it is real and said I had to leave. How the fuck do they not know what a provisional ballot is. So pissed right now

Trump declared winner of NY, but no #'s released yet to indicate how big he won.

That is absurd.

Np man.

That's just a quick run down of it. I'm sure I'm missing a lot.

A ton more verification goes into this, which further proves the point

Holy f*ck Trump is smashing it in NY right now. 69% currently with only 1% of the vote in, which usually rises for a front runner as more polls results come in.

Cruz WAY behind in 3rd. Haha. Puppet b*tch.

MSNBC being really good to Trump. Chris Matthews gave a good inspired speech on how Trumps building history and revolt against the GOP in funding more rebuilding to trains/airport really talked to non-policital New Yorkers. Basically called it for Trump right there.

CNN wasting no time going in on Trump

Anderson Cooper never interrupts or sticks up for Trump when the spokespeople go in on him hard. Like Carpenter Cruz's side chick.
He just tries to be the funny guy host.

Katrina Pierson should be on the CNN election night panels, instead it's this blonde woman who isn't even as good as Scottie Nell Hughes. So she gets overrun when she's outnumbered, as they have Democrats on Panel too with anti-Trump Repub people.

First world democracy

61-39 so far. But... but... Michigan!

I can already tell NY has early voting from the first results being reported.

Clinton up, 60-40, it will close like Ohio did as the same day vote breaks for Bernie, but I don't think it will be enough.

Bernie loses by 5%, is my prediction.

CNN stopped being non partisan years ago. They are basically MSNBC with better production
