    Looks like its all cardio work. What do you do as far as weights?

    I think your workout sounds like a great starting point. I would throw in a circut training weight program. Check out this awesome weight training program that Randy Couture does. If you want to be a champ, you've got to train like one. The video is found at World Extreme Fighter. I hope this helps.
