Maybe the forward facing light on the front of the wing refracting through some ice. Like others said, it doesn't move so it's almost certainly something attached to the plane.

Those windows are made of multiple layers of acrylic plastic. That's just a distorted reflection of a light inside the plane. Also, this youtube poster only posts videos of UFO bullshit. What a coincidence.
