My brother is like @Drain Bamage in that he feels he needs social media to date/fuck. He even used to watch Vine videos just so he could fit in more with girls. I'm the opposite, and stay away from social media because people want me to be on it haha. In my experience, it doesn't matter, though certain guys I'm familiar with use Insta as their main "dating/hookup" site, so it definitely has uses. The potential reach with social media is way beyond Tinder and other actual dating sites. Though I'm only speaking here based on *their* experience.

Actually I'm 38 and don't really do social media at all anymore. I'm pretty much aged out of the type of woman I would aggressively pursue to just have sex with (18-24 year olds) and am more looking for a wife with a great personality at this point in my life. I don't think social media is as important when looking for a wife as it is when you are just trying to fuck young hot chicks, who we all know are pretty much obsessed with social media.
