New South Park game identifies white privilege

What would you do if all the resumes looked equally good and they had a black, brown, Asian and white sounding name? Would you look at the race of your other co workers and have that affect your judgment? Would progressive media levels of oppression have an impact on your decision making. Or would you put all the names in a hat and have a random draw?
I do interviews if the resumes are equally good. I've always had more trouble lining up good qualified candidates to interview then having too many. I look at things like education, experience, qualifications, job stability, history of advancement, salary expectations etc. I cant say I have ever even paid attention to someone's name.

If you choose the dark character, do you get +1 agility and +1 speed?

What would you do if they were all equally awesome, had the same education etc. A black, brown, Asian, white person. How would you choose? I would do interviews if they were good. It gets past the resume stage where people are saying they get tossed in the garbage. Ultimately if it came down to all equally qualified candidates and all the interviews were strong I would take the one I felt I had the best rapport with.
The only discrimination I have witnessed in 20 years in the industry as far as hiring practices goes is against women... I've never seen race play a factor.

Sorry man I just find the idea that people can turn off their race receptors and become color blind to be pretty damn funny.

The only black resumes that are getting turned down are the ones with dumb fucking names like watermelondrea, Daquan, Sharkeeisha and even then it's not a black thing as much as an "I grew up in da Hood" thing. That does not imply white privallage.

I can feel the maximum trigger.

Trump supporters get a giant mirror of truth to block enemy attacks, also inflicting massive damage to the perps with +75 soul damage

Another openly racist post itt, amazing.

You do realize that a lot of those names are from their african american heritage right?

I knew a girl in HS that was born in Africa and her dad was African, her name was Rahmatou.

Nothing racist about it.
You are not about to convince me that this has some sort of historical significance.

Besides lets be real here Rhamatou has a much more ethnic vibe to it rather than Airwrecka which is just stupid. Im white but im Greek, My name sounds like a fucking disease just as much as any other Greek out there. We seem to be doing alright on that front and like another poster mentioned Asians are doing alright too so its not about white privilege, people just dont want to hire ghetto sounding names apparently.

I don't see anyone complaining when white people name their kids retarded ass names like "Apple"

Really? That name was ridiculed quite a bit, as are so many other wacky celebrity named children.
