Another Syrian Terrorist Seemingly Killed By Hellfire Missile With Pop-Out Sword Blades

There are reports of an unusual U.S. airstrike on a minivan in a city in northwestern Syria less than 10 miles from where American special operators conducted a raid just over a month ago that led to the death of brutal ISIS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi. It appears that this targeted strike also involved the use of an extremely specialized variant of the Hellfire missile, known as the AGM-114R9X, which substitutes the warhead found on standard models for a set of folding sword-like blades for minimum collateral damage.

This is good I guess, in less civilian casualties.

It's also pretty fucking cool.

Then there is a part of me that goes, "they could use that on me or you."

Eh, whatever.....still pretty cool.

Sword missile

Why did your thread on Biden get dumped man?

You left out the worst part. He said kids would reach up in to his legs and touch them. Then he said he learned a lot about cockroaches inexplicably right after that.

If Bernie said something even remotely as bad he would be burned down by everyone.....

Remember when Bernie went and spoke to children and told them he "thinks they are dumb when they don't learn to read" and the media ONLY published the part where he said he "thinks they are dumb"?

Imagine if the MSM wanted to smear Biden what they could come up with visually and in quotes.

Next thing you know, they'll be using sharpened bullets!

<6>

So uh, yeah. That's pretty cool. And amazingly effective to kill everyone in a singular vehicle with no nearby civilian casualty risk.

It's like the design started as a mechanical broadheads that was massively upsized

I rejoice every death of an asshole who specifically targets innocents.

Anywhere, whether terrorists for a religious or political cause, or people that shoot at/ kill police officers. Scum of the earth that don't merit being part of this world.

Got merged here.

Funny how a title to a thread, makes or breaks it.

Roaches, and kids jumping on his lap, doesn't really tell anyone this is a thread to look at.

... by the United Goddamn States of America.

Actually probably from publicly funded research. Like the internet, and every piece of innovation in your smartphone.

The United goddamn, Socialist States of America.

If it limits collateral damage I guess that's great.

But holy fuck.

Technological advancement and the military are good friends.

Scary right. I think collateral damage acts as a restraint on the use of deadly force. Remove the collateral damage, and remove the need for the restraint of use of deadly force.

Collateral damage is why teams like CAG and DEVGRU get used in the ISIS leader raid or the UBL raid.

"I didn't want to use you guys with your dip, your velcro, and your gear. I wanted to drop a bomb on his head"

There's a part of me though that wonders if this new system goes away the way flechette rounds became outlawed. Imagine if one of those is dropped on a car and cuts a person's right arm and like part of their leg off but they survive.

Sure, and that military spending is publicly funded.

The truth is that since the moon, just about every tech innovation has been driven by that socialist government cheddar, known as military spending.

And I'm alright with it until a perfect society comes along.
I'm very big on space/planetary exploration, and payloads aren't all spy satellites.
