Honestly I don’t see it as a problem. When it first happened and we had Jorge and Diaz doing their thing, it was a bit goofy. But now talking about poirier, gaethje, Holloway and hooker 4 man tournament. Those 4 men are so non drama and just wanna scrap. It’s the complete opposite of the original bmf bullshit.
That’s how I said it. They each have three fights in a 6 month span. They all fight eachother.
Ah, when you said 3 fights, it kinda sounded like 3 fights total, like the single elimination style
not saying i don’t like the fights, or the concept. it’s just very hazy. at the moment, bmf is sort of a consolation belt for exciting fighters that aren’t good enough to be champ. in that respect, it’s kind of illegitimate. by adding or changing a few rules, they could give it some legitimacy.
