I've noticed that everyone wants their documentary to be a series now, when many of their stories could be told in a 90 minute movie.

Or less.

I miss mini docs on like A&E. Like 45 mins.

Everything is a six part series now and they keep making docs with no resolution at all.

I love documentaries and have become sort of selective after the relative docu-boon recently. This one is very well done. If it seems boring or slow it’s only because it’s thorough. And, I wouldn’t even say that. Within the first part, you should be completely un-nerved by what is going on.

Based on a true story, I find the lead actor weird but really captivating in everything I see him in.
