i'm 5'11 hmm.. 3weeks ago i weighed in at 177 but im probly like 185 now because of my "slump" i don't know much about dieting my diet i used to do was all about fruits mainly banana's , apples, orange,... and lots of milk because of the cheap cost of those fruits and milk not sure if i was getting amount of each supplement from those but if anybody can help me out with a cheap and healthy diet plz help much thanks
