I have a good strength base already, Want to know when/how many days I should do my workouts
i'd like to work mostly with body weight exercises/medicine ball/kettlebells
Right now i want to do a medicine ball circuit for monday, sprints on tuesdays, body weight circuit thursday, sprints on fridays
if someone can give me nice workout examples, that would be awesome.
Monday: JJ/Boxing
Tuesday: Muay Thai
Wednesday: JJ/Boxing
Thursday: Muay Thai
Friday: Wrestling
Saturday: Muay Thai
