I am not a fighter but have been in Muay Thai for 5 years ( did some sparring matches etc). I also train in JKD, Silat, kali and jumo in some MMA classes. I am training for a 4.5 day Thai camp that consists of 3 miles runs at 6 am then 3 hours work out at a time 4 times a day. I had to take 3.5 weeks from anything heavy , jumprope , running etc cause of the pain in my right ankle, shin and knee. I am feeling better and have until july 20th to increase my cardio and endurance. Any tips would be great.
