need a cardio routine

Aside from running every lunar eclipse i have never had a cardio routine.I just started bjj and I realize i am gonna be tired when i first start.But can anyone let me know where i should start as far as cardio routine?thanks for da info
 
What are your goals?

How much time can you commit to cardio? (day/week and hours/day)

What type of cardio do you like to do or interests you? (fighting, swim, distance runs, sprints, basketball,...)

Do you have any medical reasons to avoid certain cardio? (Bad knees so you want to avoid running)

What type of cardio gear do you have access to? (membership in a gym, bike, pool)
 
i would buy a jumprope,

do this.
Jumprope for 3 mins everytime you mess up do 5 burpees or 10 if your a tuff guy.

do this for 3 rounds with a 60 sec rest between rounds
