Sounds about right. I tend to do 30 of each, or to the point where you can barely lift your head. I've also seen some guys use that harness, it may look a bit weird but it seems to work.Decent burn, 3 sets of 20 good? left right is 1, up down is 1. I do 20 each up down and 20 left right.
