neck problem

hello guys.recently i got into sumone guillotine in my mma class.and he only apply 2 secs of guillotine and i quickly tapout.it seems i have a very week neck.and guess what the next day my neck hurts like there's no tmrw.it seems i need to strengthen my neck so cud endure the guillotine or rnc.could u recommend me an exercise or two for neck strengthening?
 
Neck bridges, or lie on your back with your legs on the wall, and move your head in a nodding motion, and then touch your ears to your shoulders.

Stretch out your neck alot and take it easy when you get injured. I have a herniated disc in my neck from not taking a break, and now every guillotine, brabo, and monson done as a crank makes me want to cry.

i found this vid but some dude commented in youtube says that the dude supposed to be on he's forehead when he do the bridge.anyway how do i count the repitition for the neck brige?

is there any moves that is simpler for begginers than the one above this sentence.i'm afraid that my neck might snap.:icon_sad:
 
i find that stretching my neck out and loosening it up is a good way to lower the chances of injury, since its nice and relaxed as opposed to stiff. before class i usually rotate my neck both ways, move it side to side, and up and down for a good 3-4 min.

be careful when youre doing those neck bridges, a lot of people dont do them right, and end up fucking their neck up even worst.
