I am looking for some input on neck harness mainly who uses them and type?

I hurt my neck a few months ago and now that I have lost over 50lbs I have noticed my neck is not as strong as it once was I do neck rolls but I find that I get very dizzy if I do them for to long so I am thinking of getting a harness to use

I use them, because i have a bad neck and it feels better when i exercise it, but i don't want to overdo it by doing wrestling bridges.

So I picked up a nylon one at a local fitness store, don't have it on me so i can't remember the brand. It works well for the weight i use which is like 25 - 30 lbs max. If you're a monster and can do 100 lbs like you see online might want to invest in a leather one i'd imagine.

Also some good exercises for your neck that don't use a harness is lying on your back on the floor or off a bench is to bend your head back and then touch your chin to your chest (like nodding a yes motion) for x reps then chin to shoulder then to other shoulder (shaking your head no) for x reps then to bend your head side to side trying to touch your ear to your shoulder for x reps.

I usually try to do real high reps obviously cus there is no weight. just an idea to throw out there.

I use one. I do 2-3 sets of 15-20 reps after a strength session. It's best to do it with lighter weight so you don't risk injury.

Im about to buy that EFS one now, good price, good find

Nope. Just cheapo ones from shitty gym gaywear brands like Golds. I really should show some discernment when buying things I use to strap weights to my skull.

No worse than me. My squat stands could only support 250 lbs. I am heading into the 300's now with them.

I have one made by Spud Inc.

It's good.

I never use it.

A very in depth review.

Thanks cratos.

Your capital letters are getting better, man. They still need a little work, but you're progressing.

Your punctuation leaves a little to be desired, though.

Trying to remember all the stuff I've forgotten. I do admit my punctuation sucks ass though.

I just use what im assuming is a standard leather neck harness. Ive had it for a year and its held up well so far, but I never have used more than 100lbs with it. This one looks kinda worn and it may break soon, Im probably gonna get one made by EFS. Their products are very solid in my experience.
