one thing to note about the Heat, is that Butler is apparently a pretty Alpha type guy and can either hurt the chemistry or self confidence of others on his teams if he plays w/ bitchmade people (think MIN, PHI, or latter stage CHI)....

and that is NOT happening in MIA, if anything they are far exceeding expectations. IOW, Herro, Bam, DJ Jr, Duncan Robinson are not soft, weak willed individuals. I think that help them in the yoffs and they are perhaps THE sleeper team this year in either Conf

Butler strikes me as one of those hold his teammates to super high standards type like a Kobe or MJ
