Its just a dunk clip man. I could have chosen 500 others. Jordan dunked on the entire league from Bogues all the way up to 7 footers, it didn't matter.
So

does

every

player

who

Is

Elite

You completely omitted, probably conveniently, the rule changes to the game that have allowed for offense to flourish while penalizing anyone that even looks at a shooter. I could post multiple videos that detail these changes and the impact they had on the game but I'm not going to because nobody in this forum would bother watching them.
Like hand checking which was illegal already right? That's gonna stop Steph launching 3s on immobile cans.

pretty sure bamboozled already posted a video of Steph smoking a hand check from the first game of last year and it was conveniently ignored by the "old ways were better" folks.

I didn't say they were better, they were different. Your assumption, or assertion, that everyone pre-whateverthefuckyearyouthink that everyone was an immobile can is just wrong.

Goat era of defense. No one playing today would be able to score.

Dude posts a 2 minute video by Barry McCockiner. I guess consensus reached.

It's not. The 80s was an era of lesser skilled players playing at a higher pace shooting within the restricted area. Larry bird is considered one of the the best jump shooters ever when nobody defended him and his 3 point percentage isn't even top 20. Hes the exception in that era and there was zero defense played on him or Jordan off the pick n roll.

it's not different it's shit tier basketball play, the players are better now and it's just factual both statistically and with the eye test.

those guys were awsome in their era, incredible to watch when the rest of those cans didn't do shit, but that's why they looked so good. Add in lack of media and consumption and bullshit stories and nostalgia take over.

Ok, JJ Redick.

Yea I believe you. You literally repeat everything he says.

And here is a longer version where JJ Redick admits he is actually Vogg on Sherdog.

Lmao I don't watch espn, the Larry Bird thing is him as the exception of the 80s cuz he's considered the best shooter from the era. Good coincidence though, he doesn't talk about switching in this clip though which fundamentally changed basketball in 2004.

I've also been accused of watching some other can on YouTube who's a former nfl guy. Some concepts are just universal. This shits just confirmation bias being injected into my veins

if you want a rundown of recent shit in the nba listen to Jason Timpf or whatever on the volume. He's pretty up to date. I don't agree with everything he says like the warriors are fine or Tatum is a great player, but if I can't catch a night and he has a review I listen to it.

Dude giving hope to all the manlets that have to lower the rim to 7' to dunk...

It's crazy that 6'2 in the NBA is a manlet. MM put on a show and I'm curious to see how he does with Philly.
